Helpdesk Analyst

Vaco is actively searching for a Helpdesk Support Analyst to sit on-site at our client in South Charlotte, NC. Must be able to work on a W2 basis with no sponsorship (No C2C or 3rd party vendors). Required skills: - Local to Charlotte, NC - W2 basis only - Tier 1 helpdesk support for hardware, software, access and connectivity issues - Previous experience troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft 365, Outlooks, MS Teams, and SharePoint - Proven experience maintaining ticketing queue and escalate issues when needed - Experience assisting with onboarding, offboarding, account setup, permissions, and equipment deployment Please apply directly to the posting for more information or to be considered for the role.
