What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests (calls, tickets, and inquiries)
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and system issues
- Document and track incidents in the case management system
- Resolve routine issues and escalate more complex problems as needed
- Support employees across branches, home office, and remote environments
- Assist with system setup for new locations and users
- Participate in testing new software and system updates
- Identify trends and recurring issues to improve support processes
What You Bring:
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong communication skills and a professional, helpful approach
- Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in fast-paced situations
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new systems
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem solving
Work Setup & Schedule:
- This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: AL, GA, ID, LA, MO, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI
- Quarterly travel to Spartanburg, SC (company-paid)
- Rotating schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
- Participation in an on-call rotation
