HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSER LEADER

Position Description You will serve as a HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSER LEADER in the Compliance Division of the Compliance and Quality Department, Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE). Position Duties/Responsibilities - You will conduct on-the-job-training and overseeing team execution of inspection, collection, processing, packaging and preparing hazardous waste for temporary storage and disposal. - You will inspect and stage containers using knowledge of specialized storage containers for production and facility need to hold, store, transfer or transport hazardous waste. - You will operate manual and power lifting devices and motor vehicles to pick up, transport, and temporarily store industrial waste and other types of hazardous waste. - You will make independent determinations and planning for transfer of hazardous waste as required to minimize hazards entering the environment.
