Our client is a growth agency working with clients in the mental health space, and they're looking for a senior growth operator to own strategy and execution for one of their key accounts. This is a hands-on role, and you'll work directly with client leadership and have real ownership over outcomes.
What they're looking for:You've taken a growth idea from zero to measurable business result — traffic, revenue, pipeline — and you drove it yourself. Not executed someone else's roadmap. You saw the opportunity, built the case, shipped it, and moved the needle.
You actively use Claude as a core part of how you work — integrated into your workflows, not just occasional prompting. Pipelines, automations, agentic workflows.Beyond that: you're analytical, you communicate clearly with executives, you think beyond SEO as a channel, and you thrive in a fully remote environment with minimal oversight. Pacific Time overlap required.
The role:- Own growth strategy and execution for one key client in the mental health space
- Serve as their primary strategic partner at the leadership level
- Build roadmaps, drive acquisition across channels, report on what matters
- 6+ years in SEO, growth, or performance marketing required
