About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who loves building products that users love. You will join a dynamic engineering team where you will have the autonomy to make technical decisions and the support to grow your skills. In this role, you will work across the entire stack. You will build responsive UIs with modern JavaScript, design scalable APIs, and manage database schemas. We are looking for a "builder"—someone who can take a feature request and turn it into shipped code. Requirements What We Are Looking For - Experience: 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience. - The Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript is a must. - Frontend Skills: Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (Tailwind/Sass), and modern state management (Redux/Zustand). - Backend Skills: Experience building RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints. - Infrastructure: Familiarity with serverless functions, microservices, or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). - Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaboration workflows (Pull Requests, Code Reviews). ### Preferred Tech Stack - Frontend: React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS - Backend: Node.js, Express, Python, PostgreSQL - Tools: Docker, AWS, GitHub Actions, Jira Benefits - Salary Range: $40,000 – $160,000 USD / year (Based on experience and location) - Remote Work: 100% remote-first culture. - Equipment: Company-provided laptop (MacBook Pro) and home office stipend.
