What You'll do:
The Front End Developer implements dashboards, data visualizations, and user interface components for the Supply Chain Command Center. The developer works under the architectural governance of a Solution Architect, delivering sprint-based visualization features and UX implementation that make supply chain risk data actionable for Government decision-makers.
This role requires on-site work in either Huntsville, AL or Northern Virginia (Washington, DC Metro Area). Limited telework may be permitted based on customer requirements and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop role-based dashboards and executive reporting interfaces for the Command Center
- Implement data visualization components using modern JavaScript frameworks and visualization libraries
- Translate Government feedback into iterative UI/UX improvements on a sprint cadence
- Build responsive, accessible interfaces that comply with Section 508 and WCAG standards
- Participate in code reviews and architectural governance processes
- Maintain component documentation, style guides, and user interaction patterns
- Collaborate with back-end developers on API integration and data binding
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in front-end development, dashboard design, or data visualization
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
- Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Plotly, Recharts, or equivalent)
