Job Description The Water Transfer Consultant is a field-based role responsible for overseeing day-to-day water transfer operations supporting hydraulic fracturing and drilling activities. This position provides on-site operational leadership, contractor oversight, and execution support for both conventional and automated water transfer systems. The role requires a strong commitment to safety, environmental compliance, system reliability, and real-time problem-solving in a demanding operating environment. This position operates on a rotational schedule with extended shifts and requires availability for on-call response to operational issues. Responsibilities - Supervise the setup, operation, monitoring, and teardown of water transfer systems, including layflat and rigid pipeline systems - Oversee pigging operations, pressure testing, line repairs, and troubleshooting of water transfer systems - Ensure consistent and reliable water delivery aligned with drilling and completion schedules and volume requirements - Provide on-site leadership for water transfer crews and third-party contractors - Maintain daily communication with field leadership regarding operational status, plans, and issues - Enforce contractor expectations, site rules, and established safety standards - Support remote and automated water transfer operations in coordination with centralized monitoring teams - Assist with pump calibration, leak detection systems, and overall system optimization - Respond to real-time alarms and provide field feedback to improve system performance - Conduct routine inspections of pumps, hoses, manifolds, valves, pipelines, and associated equipment - Coordinate maintenance and repai
