What You’ll Do - Examine, diagnose, and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently - Communicate repair needs and labor estimates with the shop foreman and service advisors - Recommend additional services when appropriate - Plan and manage workflow in coordination with shop leadership - Monitor repair times and keep service advisors informed - Complete repair documentation clearly and thoroughly - Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies and safety standards - Assist with mentoring and training technician trainees - Stay current with factory technical bulletins and attend required training - Follow all federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal What We’re Looking For - Certified Toyota Technician (or equivalent experience) - Strong diagnostic and repair skills - High ethical standards and a positive, professional attitude - Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills - Commitment to continuous learning and improvement What We Offer - Competitive flat-rate pay - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) retirement savings plan - Paid vacation time - Company-paid factory and continuing education training - Long-term career growth and advancement opportunities - Equal
