This is a project-based, flexible role supporting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), and related field services.No prior due diligence experience is required - training is provided. WHAT YOU’LL DO (WITH TRAINING)- Complete on-site inspections of commercial and industrial properties to identify environmental concerns and property deficiencies - Collect field notes, photographs, and inspection data - Support Phase I ESA and PCA site observations under ASTM standards - Support technical report development through accurate documentation DAY IN THE LIFE- Travel to assigned properties to complete inspections, observations, and documentation - Walk through buildings and sites, photograph conditions, and follow inspection checklists - Upload
