Nightwing is supporting a U.S. Government customer on a large mission critical development and sustainment program to design, build, deliver, and operate a network operations environment, including introducing new cyber capabilities to address emerging threats. We are seeking a motivated and talented Entry-Level Software Engineer to join our team. This is an onsite position, requiring the employee to work at our designated office location. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering principles and a passion for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, document, test, and debug control and diagnostic systems. - Conduct multidisciplinary research and collaborate with equipment designers to plan and develop electronic data processing systems. - Analyze system capabilities to determine end-user needs and resolve program intent, output requirements, and input data acquisition. - Ensure compliance with hardware and software standards. - Design and implement build procedures to support hardware and software product development and use. - Develop software configuration standards for company-wide use, as needed. - Train software developers in the use of configuration management tools and software quality standards, as applicab
