Entry-Level Office Assistant - $21/hr

This is an excellent opportunity if you are seeking your first office job or looking to begin a career in a professional business environment! In this full-time, onsite role, you'll support customers by answering incoming calls and emails, entering orders, and helping track order status. You'll work closely with our sales and operations teams and receive training to build confidence in our systems, processes, and products. No prior industry experience is required-we're happy to train the right person! What You'll Do- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a friendly, professional manner - Enter customer orders accurately into our system - Track orders and provide basic updates to customers as needed - Keep customer information organized and up to date - Work with internal teams to help resolve order, delivery, or billing questions - Assist with basic reporting and administrative support for the sales team - Learn our product offerings over time through hands-on training - Help with special projects and other tasks as assigned What We're Looking For- No prior office experience required - 0-2 years of experience in sales support, office administration, billing, or customer service - Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude - Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Exposure to working in CRM platforms is a plus!
