LLC ELECTRICIAN – MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT $31.56/hr – $35.08/hr POSITION SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for equipment set-up, troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and components. Electrician trainee starting pay range is – $31.56/hr – $35.08/hr Benefits Include - Electrician Trainee pay starting at $31.56/hr – $32.04/hr - Full rate Electrician pay up to $35.08/hr - OT 1.5x pay after (8) hours in the day and (40) hours in the week. - OT 2x pay after (48) hours in the week. - Increases provided through electrician training program. - Eligible for employee bonuses day one - Paid Holidays – 9 per year - PTO – Start earning day one - Medical Insurance - Life Insurance - 401(k) with matching employer contributions Essential Duties And Responsibilities - Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of electrical equipment and components. - Performs scheduled electrical repairs of production equipment during non-production hours. - Trouble shoots electrical equipment including but not limited to programmable controls, power supplies, drives, gages, and other equipment - Performs electrical duties including repair of heavy-duty mining equipment and other equipment used in the mining process. - Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required electrical maintenance and service. - Comply with MSHA safety and health rules - Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications - 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience, education, and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the electrician position. - Our salt mine works on a 24-hour schedule. Must be available to work any shift, weekends, overtime, and extended hours as needed - Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
