Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for an E-commerce Warehouse Lead, based in Newark, DE. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving procedures. The E-commerce Warehouse Lead will also be responsible for training team members, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and collaborating with other departments to align operations with company objectives. Qualifications- Required- Experience with Ecommerce platforms- Shopify, Amazon, Walmart - Required- Experience with Cin7 or similar inventory systems - Forklift experience (certified preferred) - Hands-on mindset — willing to jump in wherever needed - Strong Analytical Skills for inventory management and operational efficiencies - Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to support team collaboration and customer interactions - Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms and processes - Experience in Sales processes and strategies - Ability to lead and manage a team effectively - Organizational skills and attention to detail - Previous experience in a warehouse or similar operational role is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment - Bilingual preferred What You’ll Do- Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, organizing, forecasting, shipping) - Pick, pack, and ship orders during slower periods - Operate forklift as needed - Manage inventory
