Pay: From $18.00 per hour Job description:Queen City Pet Sitting – Charlotte, NC Locally owned and operated, Queen City Pet Sitting provides professional, in-home pet care for busy pet parents across the Charlotte area. We’re known for reliability, strong communication, and a high standard of care—and we’re looking for dependable individuals who take pride in doing things the right way. If you enjoy working independently, value flexibility, and want meaningful work caring for animals, this role is designed for you. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for individuals who are already confident managing pet care independently, communicating professionally with clients, and taking full ownership of their schedule and responsibilities. What You’ll Do- Provide reliable, high-quality care for dogs, cats, and small animals - Follow detailed care instructions for feeding, exercise, medication, and routines - Communicate clearly with clients and the office team - Complete visits on time and within scheduled windows - Complete visit reports with detailed notes and photos using our scheduling app - Manage your schedule and travel efficiently between visits - Communicate promptly about schedule changes, concerns, or issues - Represent Queen City Pet Sitting professionally in clients’ homes Scheduling & AvailabilityWe are currently hiring for one or more of the following:- Midday Dog Walks (Mon–Fri, ~11am–2pm) - Morning, Evening, and Weekend Visits - Holiday Availability (strongly preferred) - Overnight Sitting & Boarding Schedules are built based on your availability and grow over time as you build a client base. Workload builds based on your availability, reliability, and performance. Requirements- Must live in or near: SouthPark, Myers Park, Dilworth, South End, Uptown, Plaza Midwood, Elizabeth, Ballantyne, or Matthews - Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle) & driver's license - Must have smartphone with consistent access during working
