How The Role Works - Solo Explorer (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM): You’re out on established routes—same dogs, same clients—making sure every walk is safe, controlled, and on schedule - Pack Leader (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM): Back at daycare, you’re managing a group of 10–15 dogs—reading behavior, stepping in when needed, and keeping things calm and structured Requirements: - Living within 20 minutes of 6628 Evergreen Way (weekday morning traffic) - Reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license - 12+ consecutive months at one job within the past 3 years - Ability to work outdoors in all weather - Physically active work (walking up to 15 miles/day, standing 6–8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs) - Full commitment to a fixed Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM schedule (not flexible) - Able to commit to this schedule for at least 6 months (not a seasonal or short-term role) Apply If you’re looking for something steady, structured, and long-term—and you take pride in showing up and doing the job right—we’d love to meet you.
