Position: Word and PDF ExpertsType: Hourly contractCompensation: $20 - $65/hourLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities- Review, edit, and format documents in Word and PDF to meet professional standards. - Manage tracked changes, comments, and version control across complex files. - Create and maintain dynamic forms and templates in Word and PDF. - Extract and consolidate data from documents with high accuracy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant document solutions. - Implement workflows aligned with legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements. - Train and support stakeholders on document tools and best practices. Requirements- Strong experience working with Microsoft Word and PDF editing tools. - Strong expertise in document formatting, tracked changes, and version control. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. - Strong experience handling confidential and sensitive documents. - Ability to manage complex documentation workflows in regulated environments. - Ability to work independently in remote, deadline-driven settings. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
