Part time and full time positions available!ResponsibilitiesDishwashing & Sanitation- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing machines or manual methods. - Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and dishwashing areas, including floors, sinks, and counters. - Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all cleaning and sanitation tasks. Utility & Maintenance - Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen, storage, and service areas, including routine trash, recycling, and compost removal, reporting any issues to management. - Support kitchen operations by restocking clean items, assisting with prep, and jumping in where needed. - Help with general upkeep of interior and exterior areas, including cleaning floors, surfaces, and shared spaces. General Support - Support organization and maintenance of kitchen inventory, cold storage, and dry goods, ensuring items are properly labeled, stored, and stocked. - Assist with setting up and breaking down kitchen stations and equipment at the beginning and end of shifts. - Handle cleaning supplies with care, ensuring proper storage and safe usage at all times.
