This role is responsible for cleaning all dishes, kitchen tools, and prep areas, while assisting with deliveries and basic prep as needed. Key Responsibilities - Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment. - Keep the dish pit, floors, and trash areas clean and organized. - Assist with early prep and unloading deliveries. - Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
