You’ll be part of a high-performance, team-first culture where hard work, character, and results actually matter.What We Offer- $23-25/hr + - Full benefits - Immediate PTO accrual - 401(k) with company match - Clear growth paths and advancement opportunities - Fast-paced, supportive team environment - Leadership that is accessible, involved, and invested in your success What You’ll DoDelivery & Driving- Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts - Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries to customers and job sites - Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely - Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly - Maintain delivery paperwork (receipts, logs, confirmations) - Represent the company professionally at every stop—customer relationships matter here Warehouse Support- Pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners - Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory - Assist with loading/unloading trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) - Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization - Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly Safety & Standards- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures - Maintain clean, safe, and organized equipment and workspace - Take ownership—if it’s in front of you, you handle it What We’re Looking For- Experience driving 26-ft box trucks (required or strongly preferred) - DOT experience or willingness to work under DOT standards - Warehouse and delivery experience - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record - Ability to lift 75+ lbs - Strong attention to detail and reliability What Makes You a Great Fit- Humble – team-first, open to feedback, owns mista
