As a Delivery Associate (Non-CDL), you will safely operate an Amazon-branded delivery vehicle, deliver packages, and interface with customers daily in your assigned route. What You Get: - $21–$23/hour (performance bonuses available) - Weekly pay - Paid training - Consistent full-time hours - Opportunities for growth into leadership roles What You’ll Do: - Safely drive and operate a delivery vehicle at all times - Deliver 200–250+ packages per day based on assigned routes - Load and organize packages for efficient delivery - Use a handheld device for navigation and delivery confirmation - Follow all safety protocols and company procedures - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism - Work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment Schedule: Daytime shifts - 4-5 days per week - Up to 8–10 hours per day - One Weekend Day required Qualifications Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done.
