Data Quality Associate | $75/hr Remote

Position: Human Data ManagerType: Hourly contractCompensation: $40 - $75/hourLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities- Design and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis. - Establish and track KPIs to improve operational efficiency and data quality. - Analyze datasets to identify insights and recommend process improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data operations with business objectives. - Build and maintain reporting systems to monitor metrics and workflow performance. - Continuously refine processes to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity. - Take ownership of operational challenges and proactively implement solutions. Requirements- Strong experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization. - Familiarity with operational processes and process improvement practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights. - Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in data validation. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. - Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Interest in AI systems, human data operations, and performance optimization.
