Data Analyst - Data Visualization

Key Responsibilities - Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities. - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. - Partner with business units to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions. - Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to support business initiatives and improve performance. - Present insights and recommendations to management in a clear and compelling manner. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality checks. - Stay current with industry best practices and emerging analytics technologies. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role. - Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau. - Experience applying generative AI/LLMs to business problems (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, prompt design, and evaluation) - Familiarity with responsible AI practices (e.g., privacy, explainability, model risk considerations) - Familiarity with machine learning techniques and model evaluation; experience with Python ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn) is a plus - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and presen
