D2598 - BFD Warehouse Forklift Multi-Skilled; 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) October 16th, 2025 - October 23rd, 2025 Starting Pay Rate: $19.10 2nd Shift Differential: $1.50 Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Full Time Description: At Bama, the Shipping and Receiving Multi-skilled Warehouse Specialist is expected to understand and perform a minimum of 2 warehouse job functions and tasks. This position would be directly responsible for ensuring a high-quality safe product while minimizing damage, meeting customer expectations, and ensuring a safe work environment and practices. The Multi-skilled Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for working in multiple positions which could be at any Bama facility. Essential Job Functions/Job Responsibilities: Please see People Systems or online job posting for complete Job Description Duties: - Understand Shipping / Receiving and warehouse processes and possess the ability to drive continuous improvement. - Ensure all paperwork is filled out and processed correctly for area of responsibility. - Assist in Troubleshooting failures and identify corrective actions. - Understand quality standards, follow those standards and knowing what to do and who to contact when some process is not functioning correctly. Minimum Qualifications: - Must be able to complete the certification process in a minimum of 2 warehouse functions such as: Bulk receiving, Line Support (Line Driver and Freezer Input), Shipping/Receiving, Inventory clerk, & Shuttle Driver - Must participate in accident investigation and completion of follow-up reporting. - Understand quality standards, follow those standards and know what to do and who to contact when some process is not functioning correctly.
