What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide customer service to claimants, providers, and clients regarding their claims and/or policies via telephone or correspondence
- Maintain customer service logs to a single page or less, with a 3-day turnaround time
- Process incoming client correspondence efficiently
- Meet or exceed production goals for calls and correspondence, with a daily goal of 80 combined interactions
- Complete special projects as assigned
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Proven ability to communicate in both English and Spanish, with enthusiasm and courtesy
- Proficient typing skills with minimal error count
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and medical terminology

- Experience with medical codes and terminology
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
