Creve Coeur Area Dog Walker / Pet Sitter

We are expanding our team and currently hiring additional part-time, flexible Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers. This includes the following zip codes: 63017, 63146 and 63141, 63132, 63124, and 63131. Due to the intense driving and variable schedule we ask our flexible staff to live in the area they service. Applicants will be considered if they live within one of the above zip codes. This is a flexible as-needed position and includes day, evening, and weekend opportunities with optional overnights. We do not have temporary or seasonal positions available (i.e. summer for students in town, bridge positions, etc)Required Skills and Experience:- Pet Care Experience - general knowledge of multiple species - Must have the ability to work with all breeds and sizes - Ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision - Ability to safely lift 50 pounds and walk at a brisk pace for 30 min at a time, multiple times a day - Have your own functional and reliable transportation - Have a newer smartphone (iOS 9 or newer and Android 4.1 or newer) and a home computer with internet access  Responsible for the following:- Providing care to animals (mainly dogs and cats) including walking, feeding and other tasks as needed - Communication with the central office - Continuing education provided - Providing client communications, education, and follow-up - Participates as a team member with company events/programs Benefits:- Flexible scheduling - Company 401K. - AMAZING tips! - Cash compensation for mileage! - Evening and weekend workers get extra compensation!  What is 4-Legged Kids?We care for other people’s pets while they work or travel.
