Construction Trades Assistant

VA / NC (Floating) Job Description Job Type: Full-time Kotarides Companies is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Construction Trades Assistant for our rapidly growing company. Ideal Candidate Should Have The Following Experience - Willing to learn the principles, methods, tools, and equipment used in the construction trades. - Kitchen and bathroom remodeling experience - Rough/finish carpentry and cabinet installation - Drywall finishing /repair and interior/exterior paint - Basic Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC - Work with blueprints or instructions from Supervisors - Knowledge of arithmetic, basic geometry, and their applications to construction trades. - Attention to detail, quality and cleanliness. - Ability to work at elevated heights. - Must be able to travel within Virginia and North Carolina Qualifications - Previous Trades or Construction experience a plus. - Must have own hand tools. - Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
