Concrete Coatings Laborer

Full Time | Wichita, KS Compensation: $18-25 Final compensation is dependent upon skill level and experience Role Summary We are seeking motivated individuals with experience in construction or transferable hands-on skills to join our Concrete Coatings team. This team supports the installation of high-performance coating systems for residential and commercial surfaces including garages, patios, driveways, and interior floors. This role is hands-on and physically demanding, requiring attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Key Responsibilities - Assist in surface preparation including grinding, shot blasting, and cleaning concrete surfaces - Help mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and other coating systems - Support the installation of base coats, flake systems, and topcoats - Maintain a clean and organized job site before, during, and after projects - Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment - Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times - Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on schedule - Communicate effectively with team leads and customers when needed Qualifications - Experience in concrete coatings, construction, flooring, painting, or similar trades preferred - OR transferable skills such as: - Carpentry, drywall, or framing - Painting or finishing work - Mechanical or equipment operation experience - General labor with tool experience - Ability to perform physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs, standing for long periods) - Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail - Valid driver's license preferred What We're Looking For - Individuals who take pride in their work - Coachable team players with a willingness to learn - People who show up on time and get the job done right - Experience is valued-but attitude and work ethic matter just as much Salary: $18 - $24 per hour Job Posted by ApplicantPro
