Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Intern

Program Duration The internship program will run from June 1 through August 28, 2026.   Where you’ll work This is a hybrid role that requires in-office collaboration three days per week in Los Angeles.   About the Role As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Intern, you’ll work with experienced engineers who design, build, and maintain the systems that keep Tinder running at scale. You’ll gain real-world experience learning how large-scale cloud environments operate and help ensure our platform is reliable, secure, and efficient. What you'll do: - Learn how Tinder manages and scales cloud infrastructure that supports millions of users - Assist in building and automating tools that help monitor, deploy, and maintain cloud-based systems - Work on improving system reliability, performance, and security under guidance from senior engineers - Collaborate with engineering teams across the organization to support development and deployment workflows - Participate in team meetings, and code reviews What we're looking for: - Interest in cloud computing, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering - Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure (from coursework or personal learning) - Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash) - Curiosity about infrastructure tools
