The role involves managing all aspects of the cabin experience—from safety and service to presentation and personalization—ensuring each flight is smooth, luxurious, and tailored to the owner’s preferences.
Key Responsibilities
As a Cabin Attendant, you will ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while providing exceptional service to passengers. You will learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the owner's food preferences, needs, allergies, and other personalized requests while regularly updating passenger profiles and maintaining accurate aircraft inventory records. The role includes organizing and maintaining owner lockers, cages, and office spaces, ensuring all aircraft bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment are accounted for and well-maintained. You will conduct routine inventory checks to ensure quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin supplies. Preparing the aircraft with necessary amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring the cabin is spotless and all items are current and in place before each flight is essential. Responsibilities also include sourcing, shopping for, and stocking the aircraft with the owner’s requests and preferred items, rotating supplies, and replacing items as needed. You will proactively identify and address any issues related to the aircraft’s cabin wear and tear, coordinating with the Pilot in Command (PIC) or the appropriate department. Safely offloading and onloading aircraft items during regular maintenance events or as required is part of the role. Setting up the aircraft for showings to potential charter clients, ensuring it meets the highest standards, and maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate the owner’s schedule, adju
