Civil Construction Crew Member

Meridian Blue is seeking safety-conscious, hardworking, and dependable individuals who want to start their careers in the wireless telecommunications industry. The Civil Construction Crew Member will perform general non-climbing construction of cellular sites to include, but not limited to: site preparation, excavation, access road/compound (grading, gravel, fencing, etc.), Concrete foundations, electrical/telco H frames, cell tower site maintenance/repair; operate equipment to include trucks with trailers, power tools, and non-powered tools. This position will assist in the building or servicing of each tower job as defined by the clients scope of work and construction drawings under the direction of the Civil Crew Leader. This encompasses, but is not limited to, loading and unloading all job materials, maintaining all tools, trucks and equipment used by the tower crew, understanding the scope of work and constructing the project per specifications in a timely manner. Compensation - $20/hr. Starting Compensation for this entry-level position - Looking for individuals who are available to start immediately!
