Chief Operating Officer

Our client in the personal care space is hiring a Chief Operating Officer! The Opportunity:We’ve built a $1M/month brand using one channel (Meta static images), one country (US), and a 6-person team. Every major growth lever — Amazon, international, wholesale, retail, UGC, partnerships, email/SMS — is completely untouched. We need an operator who can build the infrastructure to take this to $5–10M/month and position the company for a strategic exit. This role requires strong leadership across operations and growth, including supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, 3PL relationships, and performance marketing oversight, as well as the ability to build teams, structure the organization, and monitor financial performance as the company scales. Responsibilities:- Own the full P&L and day-to-day operations - Build the org chart and hiring roadmap — scale team from 6 to 20+ - Launch and scale Amazon as a major revenue channel - Expand into wholesale/B2B, international, and retail - Optimize supply chain, inventory, and 3PL operations - Diversify marketing beyond Meta — Google, TikTok, UGC, affiliate - Prepare the business for acquisition — clean financials, documented processes, reduced founder dependency - Manage all agency and vendor relationships Requirements:- Scaled a DTC/ecommerce brand from $1M to $5M+/month in revenue - Launched and grown an Amazon channel from scratch - Built and managed a team of 15+ people - Expanded a brand into multichannel — wholesale, retail, B2B, or international - Been through a sale, acquisition, or exit in a leadership role - Built operational infrastructure — org charts, SOPs, hiring roadmaps, financial reporting - Managed a full P&L - Experience in beauty, wellness, consumer devices, or premium consumer goods - Shopify ecosystem experience (Klaviyo, Meta ads, server-side tracking) - Strong understanding of performance marketing and media buying - Experience managing supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, and 3PL relationships -
