The ideal candidate will have several years of hands‑on experience operating cherry pickers/order pickers, working with scanners, and performing inventory‑related tasks. This role requires a fast‑paced work style, strong attention to detail, and the ability to consistently lift up to 100 pounds. Key Responsibilities - Safely operate cherry picker and order picker equipment to pick and store inventory - Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or similar scanning devices - Perform cycle counts and assist with regular inventory checks - Ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies as needed - Maintain a fast, efficient pace while meeting productivity and safety standards - Follow all warehouse safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) - Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (loading, staging, organizing inventory) Qualifications & Requirements - Several years of experience operating cherry picker/order picker equipment - Strong experience using warehouse scanners (RF or similar systems) - Knowledge of cycle counts, inventory checks, and stock accuracy procedures - Ability to consistently lift up to 100 pounds - Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Dependable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented - Forklift/cherry picker certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Physical Requirements - Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 100 pounds on a regular basis - Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and reach throughout the shift - Comfortable working at heights while operating cherry picker equipment What We Offer - Competitive pay based on experience - Overtime opportunities (as applicable) - Stable work environment - Opportuni
