Carpenter Helper

KC’s Improvement Construction Co., Inc. is a licensed, fully insured Design Build firm that has served the Triad area for more than 40 years. Our goal is to bring the highest quality of service, professionalism, and craftsmanship to any construction project, no matter how great or small. We are seeking a dependable Carpenter Helper to support our lead carpenters in delivering high-quality residential projects. This role supports daily job site operations by assisting with tasks, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and handling tools and materials with care. The ideal candidate is a dependable team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship and efficiency. A valid North Carolina driver’s license is required.
