This position supports personal care, daily living activities, and agreed-upon domestic tasks while promoting safety, independence, and comfort for each client. This position is great for experienced caregivers and those looking to gain experience in a care setting! What You’ll Do - Comply with established policies, procedures, and standards, including the Compliance Program/Code of Conduct - Follow Residents’ Rights policies at all times - Maintain a positive attitude and uphold standards of good caregiving practice - Assist clients in a manner conducive to their safety, comfort, and independence - Report any unusual observations or conditions to the Coordinator of GSV At Home or Assistant Coordinator/Scheduler - Practice safety for self and clients and report any unsafe conditions - Follow the established care plan for each assigned client - Assist, as contracted, with clients’ personal possessions, home environment, meal preparation and feeding, appointment scheduling and reminders, and other services listed in the care plan - Provide personal care as contracted, including assistance with bathing, continenc
