We are looking for a motivated Associate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Associate Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting to source, select, and hire top talent for the retail stores. In addition, the role is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective recruitment metrics/key performance indicators, processes, systems and tools; delivering a quality candidate experience; and contributing to the representation of the Theory & Helmut Lang culture. This role will additionally be a support function for Corporate Recruitment. Responsibilities- Identify and hire for all store level employees, including management positions, for the Theory US stores - Source, screen, refer applicants, and schedule interviews in partnership with the store leadership to ensure all steps of selection process are completed - Post internal and external jobs and update and maintain job requisition information in applicant tracking system and on website to ensure quality, effectiveness and meet EEO standards - Support talent strategy and pl
