Position Overview:The Area HR Manager will provide guidance on best practices and guidance on the interpretation and practical application of HR policies, Talent Acquisition procedures and legislation. The Area HR Manager will establish processes in order to support the business and the employees. They will work closely with business leaders as they strive to make a productive and engaged workforce.
Responsibilities:- Provides HR guidance to managers on employee relations issues
- Ensures fairness and accuracy in HR documentation and file management
- Support onboarding through Workday of all new employees including initiating correct system access and set up
- Acts a single point of contact for employee questions/concerns for both hourly and salary employees
- Compliance with all current employment laws. Guides and advises managers on USA employment law matters.
- Provides HR support in organizational change initiatives including talent acquisition, communications, terminations, promotions and new hires
- Ability to create and streamline processes throughout global client groups
- Partner closely with hiring managers and assist with the recruiting process: defining jobs, using external recruitment tools to identify candidates, scheduling interviews, hiring and provi
