What You’ll Earn - Starting Rate: $18.25/hr - Overtime Rate: $27.38/hr (after 40 hours) - Annual Potential: $39,451 – $54,800+ per year (based on 40–50 hours/week). - The 4% Cash-Out: Earn 4% of every dollar worked as PTO. Requirements - Age: 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. - Fitness: Physically able to lift and move heavy items with a partner. - Reliability: Energetic, customer-focused, and a team player. - Background: Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen.
