About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Amazon DSP Specialist to manage and scale programmatic advertising campaigns for our portfolio of brand clients. You'll own the full DSP lifecycle — from audience strategy and campaign build-out to optimization and reporting — while working closely with our internal team to align paid media with overall brand growth objectives. This is a high-impact, fully remote role for someone who knows DSP deeply and can operate independently without hand-holding. Qualifications- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon DSP experience, managing campaigns across multiple clients or brands
- Solid understanding of programmatic advertising principles — audiences, retargeting, funnel strategy, and bid management
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and familiarity with the broader Amazon advertising ecosystem (Sponsored Ads, AMC, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills — you can read a dashboard, spot what's wrong, and know what to do next
