Airfield Operations Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct airfield safety inspections and document conditions Enforce ACM requirements, inspections, and recordkeeping Serve as Operations Duty Officer (ODO) Administer FAA NOTAMs Monitor construction activities and CSPPs Support wildlife hazard management and emergency planning Train and oversee employees, tenants, and airfield users Maintain operational reports, databases, and documentation Participate in on-call and emergency response rotations IDEAL CANDIDATE Knowledge of FAR Part 139 and Part 77 Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills Customer-focused and collaborative Proficient in Microsoft Office MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree (0-1 year experience) OR Associates degree (1-3 years airport operations experience) Valid Tennessee drivers license AAAE ACE - Airfield Ops preferred (or ability to obtain within 2 years)
