Employees will operate machinery such as tractors, choppers, farm trucks, forklifts, loaders and combines to assist in planting, spraying, side dressing and harvesting soybeans, wheat, and corn. Employees will also perform maintenance on equipment and do infield repairs. Other duties will include repairing and maintaining farm vehicles, implements and mechanical equipment. No commercial truck driving is required. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience.
